Note 11 – Subsequent Events
On May 6, 2021, the Company granted ten-year stock options to purchase 160,000 shares of common stock to its directors. The shares vest in equal annual installments over four years and have an exercise price of $2.48 per share, which represents the Company’s closing stock price on the day prior to the date of grant. |
